Provide names of qualified licensed contractors, handypersons, gardeners, clean out crews, painters, estate sale providers, and other home related services providers.
Leasing and Property Management Services if needed.
Obtain supporting photos and reports, and repair estimates to help make sure the court appointed Probate Referee values the home fairly. As the Probate Referee doesn’t actually inspect the interior of the home but only does a drive by inspection, and if there are significant issues effecting the true value of the home, the Referee may overvalue the home. If this happens it could cause a significant delay in the court approval of a home sale.
