    Sandy was born and raised on a small farm in South Georgia where she learned to drive a tractor before she did a car. However, after relocating and living in southern California for over 30 years, she feels like this is home. Her kids, a son and a daughter, attended the local public schools and graduated from California State University @ Northridge and still live locally with their families.

    When not helping clients, Sandy enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with her family and friends.

    To help make this all possible, the team member role of Escrow Closing Coordinator is professionally handled by Tracy Gallegos. Tracy works closely with Sandy & Craig to stay on top of the dozens and dozens of steps necessary to protect, track, and monitor the progress of your transaction. Making sure the lenders, cooperating agents, escrow and title agents, inspectors and the many other parties to your transaction are meeting their responsibilities. Communicating with both Sandy & Craig and our clients so everyone knows what comes next while helping reduce the stress which naturally comes when a real estate transaction is in the escrow stage.

    Tracy has many years of experience and adds an important support role to the Sandy & Craig team. Tracy is passionate about making sure our clients get the best care possible. She is skilled in using the tools, software and focus necessary to deliver the highest possible service to our clients. Tracy's personal experiences of buying and selling brings an understanding of the importance of communication and personal attention to the escrow phase of your home purchase or sale.

    The role of Client Support Coordinator is professionally handled by Michelle Troxell. Michelle is charged with tracking and executing the many details and processes necessary to bring maximum exposure to properties while they are on the market.

This attracts the best possible agents and buyers, delivering the highest price in the shortest possible time, with the least inconvenience to their sellers. Michelle plays an integral role in coordinating those efforts.
